The text says that every Saturday Anna volunteers at the shelter, where she feeds the animals and cleans their cages. This means she helps look after the animals, so "She helps look after the animals." is correct. The text does not say that she sells pets, teaches a vet or takes the animals home. She only has her own dog and two cats at home, and being a vet is her plan for the future.
