The text says: "she enjoys it because she meets new people and sees the river become cleaner." This matches "She meets new people and sees a cleaner river." The text does not mention payment, and it says the work is tiring, so "The work is easy and takes only a few minutes." is wrong. Her future career is not mentioned, so "She plans to become a recycling engineer." is also wrong.
